Our Yoga & Pilates Program

A perfect way to spend your time while waiting for your child’s dance class, or to complement one of our Adult dance classes! Both our Yoga and Pilates classes will help to improve your posture, strength and flexibility, and give you a chance to de-stress while taking some time for yourself.



Start your work week relaxed, meanwhile improving your posture, strength and flexibility through learning various poses and breathing techniques.

Yoga Class for 2016-17: Mondays at 7:30 to 8:30PM



Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk.

It is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

Pilates Class for 2016-17: Thursdays at 6:30 to 7:30PM

Get in shape for summer with a 6 week session of our pilates and/or yoga classes! Both classes are suitable for beginner or intermediate senior dancers (age 13+) and adults. Session dates for 2017 TBA.
